The Department of War (DoW), Missile Defense Agency in Huntsville, AL is seeking a senior program management and acquisition professional to oversee cost, schedule, and performance across complex weapon-system programs, reporting progress to senior leaders.
Candidates should meet 2 of 3 specialized experiences: applying systems acquisition processes; managing cost/schedule/performance; and communicating with senior leaders and coordinating across programs and external stakeholders.
This senior program management and acquisition position is part of the Department of War (DoW), Missile Defense Agency (MDA) responsible for overseeing program cost, schedule, performance, and risk management while directly reporting progress to SES and Flag/General Officers. You may qualify at the NH 04 Broadband Level, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level in the Federal service as listed below and must meet 2 of the 3 specialized experience listed below to be qualified:

Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
