The United States Fleet Forces Command in Norfolk, VA seeks a Supervisory Program Analyst to lead doctrine development and validate agile doctrine concepts within the information environment.

You will oversee collection and tracking of actions from exercises and studies, and develop PPBE efforts in support of the Naval Capability Development Process, aligning requirements with resources and priorities.

• Lead the command’s doctrine development and validate agile doctrine concepts.
• Oversee collection and tracking of actions and recommendations from exercises, experiments, deployment reports, studies, and operations concept documents.
• Develop and submit PPBE efforts supporting the Naval Capability Development Process.
• Align operational requirements with resources, manpower, training and equipment.
• Review and approve work plans, establish priorities, and schedule completion of work.
• Set broad objectives, monitor subordinate employees' performance, review accomplishments and take corrective actions when deficiencies are noted.

You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the of NAVINFOWARDEVCEN NORFOLK.

You will be responsible for leading the command’s doctrine development and validation process and executing the agile doctrine concept through the collaboration information environment.

You will oversee the collection and tracking of actions and recommendations gathered from exercises, experiments, deployment reports, studies, concept of operations and other sources.

You will develop and submit the command’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) efforts supporting the Naval Capability Development Process.

You will align operational requirements with appropriate resources, manpower, training and equipment.

You will review and approve work plans to be accomplished by subordinates, establish priorities, and schedule completion of work.

You will set broad objectives, monitor subordinate employees' performance in providing services, review accomplishments, and take appropriate corrective actions when deficiencies are noted.
