Qualifications

• Education: ARC-PA accredited PA program.
• Certification: NCCPA examination and maintenance of CME/recertification.
• Licensure: current, full, unrestricted PA license in US territory or DC/PR.
• Experience: minimum 1 year as certified PA with history taking, exams, and prescribing.
