Job summary

The Munson Army Health Clinic at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas seeks a licensed Physician Assistant to join the staff. The candidate must be a graduate of an ARC-PA accredited PA program, have successfully completed the NCCPA exam, and hold an active full license.

Federal requirements include at least one year of experience as a certified PA at the GS-11 level; education cannot substitute for experience. Recruitment or relocation incentives and loan repayment may be authorized.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduation from an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program.
• Certification: NCCPA exam successful completion; maintain CME and recertification.
• Licensure: Active full PA license in US jurisdiction.
• Exemption: Federal employee exemption possible if current 0603 series and continuous employment since 2017 or earlier.
• Experience: Minimum one year as certified PA at GS-11 level.
• Substitution: Education cannot substitute for experience for this position.
