The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum, part of the National Archives and Records Administration, seeks a Supervisory Museum Curator to plan, supervise, and execute programs and exhibits, care for collections, and lead public education initiatives.
You will supervise exhibits, evaluate gifts, manage budgets and security, and coordinate with the President’s family, the White House, and other museums and media to present historical information.
Part of the National Archives and Records Administration, serving as the Supervisory Museum Curator of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum. Responsible for planning, supervising, and executing the programs and activities of the museum and collections. Through exhibits, educational programs, media and other museums, the museum presents historical information on the President’s administration/early political career and the nation’s political and governmental institutions.

In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following requirements, if applicable (as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F):
Time-in-Grade: For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12 level for 52 weeks.
For the GS-12, you must have been at the GS-11 level for 52 weeks.
Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
Education
The education generally must be from an accredited (or pre-accredited) college or university recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
