U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks a Supervisory Medical Support Assistant to lead two GS-07 leads and AMSA staff in Primary Care Clinics, including New Veterans Services. This foundational role supports patient access and clinic operations in the Primary Care Service.

The Supervisory Medical Support Assistant (MSA) position serves as the direct line supervisor to two GS-07 leads and all Medical Support Assistant Advanced (AMSA) staff in Primary Care Clinics (inclusive of New Veterans Services clinic formerly known as OEF/OIF) and is a foundational role within Primary Care Service.
Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
