Position Overview/Duties

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: The Planning Section Chief for the Hawaii-Alaska Regional Planning Team (HARP-T) plans, directs, and supervises planning work for water resources feasibility studies and related programs. Section Chief supervises staff located in the Alaska District and Honolulu District.
