The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) is seeking a GS-14 level Analyst within the Office of Intelligence Operations in Washington, DC. The role focuses on collecting, evaluating, and disseminating criminal intelligence to support field divisions and leadership.
Qualified candidates will have specialized experience at GS-13 or higher, including producing finished analytical products and delivering briefings on intelligence topics to management.
This position is located in the Office of Intelligence Operations, Operational Intelligence Division, Analysis Production Branch located in Washington, DC. The primary function is to collect, evaluate, analyze, and disseminate criminal information and intelligence as finished analytical products for investigative support to field divisions and senior leadership awareness.
To qualify for this position at the GS-14 grade level, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-13 by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position.
