SUPERVISORY FINANCIAL SERVICES SPECIALIST

• Hiring Agency: Air Education and Training Command

The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 502d Comptroller Squadron, Accounting Section.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 502d Comptroller Squadron, ensuring that the Accounting Section complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Represents 502d Comptroller Squadron with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.

Participates in special initiatives, studies, and projects. Identifies the need for special projects and initiates milestones and goals.
