Job description

You will serve as a Supervisory Financial Management Analyst in the NAVY INFORMATION OPERATIONS CMD HAWAII.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GG/GS-12) or pay band in the federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Formulating budgets and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities, and presenting or defending budget estimates;
• Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of an organization's programs and administrative operations;
• Interpreting funding requirements, financial policy, and regulations to provide guidance on fiduciary compliance;
• Demonstrating effective planning and prioritizing of assigned work by evaluating employee performance and employee relations.
