Job summary

PSNS and IMF in Bremerton seeks a Supervisory Facility Operation Specialist in the Ocean Engineering Department. Job description

You will serve as a Supervisory Facility Operation Specialist in the Ocean Engineering Department, Code 120 of PSNS and IMF.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Extensive experience providing administrative services for the maintenance, repair, or modification of facilities; upgrading or replacing utility systems; planning and oversight to including inspection of work/services performed by electricians, utility systems operators, janitors, or others; assuring compliance with all certification, safety, fire prevention, and security program requirements; Inspects contractors' work for compliance with specifications or standards. Applicant must also demonstrate experience planning, distribution, coordination, and monitoring of work assignments of others; evaluating work performance and provides feedback to others on their performance; ensuring that staff are appropriately selected, utilized, and developed, and that they are treated in a fair and equitable manner.
