Job description

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the construction management section.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of base civil engineer construction management section, ensuring that construction management complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Represents 92 CES/CENMP with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with multiple base organizations.

Maintains surveillance over projects involving complex construction problems.
