Job summary

U.S. Fleet Cyber Command seeks a supervisor for the Requirements Office. The role requires at least one year at GG/GS-13 level or equivalent in procurement, with demonstrated leadership and specialized acquisition expertise.

You will serve as the supervisor for the Requirements Office within U.S. Fleet Cyber Command. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service, or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:

• Advanced technical expertise in federal procurement and proven leadership capabilities;
• Analyzing complex contractual data and developing comprehensive procurement requirements packages for submission to external Awarding Offices, specifically for highly specialized intelligence-related supplies, services, and research and development (R&D);
• Independently performing critical technical contract administration tasks, such as evaluating rate adjustments, conducting cost coordination, and developing technical justifications for change orders or terminations, using expert knowledge of acquisition regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS);
• Supervisory skills: managing resources, appraising employee performance, and supporting staff development;
• High-level communication in liaision with the Intelligence Community and resolving non-routine contracting problems.
