GS-12 Supervisory CLS
Experience: One year at the GS-11 level, performing, evaluating, and interpreting laboratory procedures across various specialties, with responsibilities including quality control, maintenance, troubleshooting, and possibly lab management tasks.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must demonstrate knowledge of regulations, quality management, laboratory operations, leadership, supervisory responsibilities, planning, and fiscal management.
Preferred Experience: Supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements: Moderate lifting, walking, standing, bending, reaching, finger dexterity, visual and auditory acuity, ability to work around machinery and irregular hours, and dealing with noise and moving parts.
