Air Education and Training Command in Montgomery, AL seeks a Supervisory Activity Program Coordinator to lead the Program Coordinator Section, plan, organize, and control activities to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise personnel management, serve as SME for mandated admin programs, and coordinate with the personnel flight on military and civilian personnel issues, while handling manpower planning and clerical support.

SUPERVISORY ACTIVITY PROGRAM COORDINATOR

• Hiring Agency: Air Education and Training Command

The primary purpose of this position is to serve a section chief on the commander's support staff to plan, direct, organize, and exercise control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Program Coordinator Section.

Key Responsibilities

Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Program Coordinator Section ensuring that the organization compiles with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs. Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs. Serves as the point of contact and liaison with the personnel flight on military and civilian personnel issues.

Assists in planning, administering, and monitoring manpower resource requirements. Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office / organization.
