Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Wilsonville, OR to lead warehousing and shipping operations for incoming and outgoing materials. You will supervise warehouse personnel, ensure safety SOP compliance, and coordinate staffing to meet production demands.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse management, budget experience, and proficiency with SAP or similar MRP systems. You may work nights with a 4/10 schedule and must lift up to 50 lb.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience.
• 2+ years supervising warehouse staff.
• Experience managing budget.
• Proficient with Windows & Office.
• Proficient with SAP or similar MRP programs.
• Able to lead front-line employees (may be in a unionized env).
• Able to handle conflict.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and lift up to 50 lb.

Schedule: Nights 6:00pm - 4:30am 4/10's Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri

Job Level: 5

Responsibilities:

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members.
• Supervise the daily activities of the warehouse ensuring the following of safety operating procedures
• Schedule warehouse team members to meet the demands of the facility
• Allocate necessary space for stock rotation
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and product loss control
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable
• Secure company assets
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required and
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2+ years warehouse/inventory experience required
• 2+ years supervising warehouse staff required
• Experience managing budget required
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Office programs
• Proficient with SAP or similar MRP programs
• Able to lead front-line employees effectively - may be in a unionized environment
• Able to handle conflict
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack required
• Ability lift product (up to 50lb) frequently and repetitively required
