Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring an Order Builder in Glenwood Springs, CO. You will assemble delivery loads, ensure accurate orders, and help keep stores stocked with our products.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM. Use voice-picking software and powered equipment, with safety as a priority. Training provided; benefits include health coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or GED) required.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using pallet jack or forklift preferred.
• Ability to obtain pallet jack certification within one month after hire date.
• Able to perform essential functions with little supervision and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment to build orders by pulling quantities onto pallets.
• Build accurate orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before loading into the truck.
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping areas.
• Perform daily inspections and minor maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Restock product in picking areas and assist with special projects.

What does an Order Builder do at Swire Coca-Cola?

As a member of our Warehouse team, you will help ensure that our customers receive correct orders in a timely manner so that their stores are always fully stocked with our great-tasting products. You will be responsible for building delivery loads with a variety of products onto pallets to fill customer orders in preparation of shipment and ensuring accurate order fulfillment. This work is completed in a fast-paced warehouse environment using powered industrial trucks while adhering to warehouse safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize voice-picking software and operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jack and/or hand truck) to build orders by pulling defined quantities of inventory onto pallet(s)
• Build accurate, quality product orders and ensure the order is secure for transport before being loaded into the truck for delivery
• Stage completed pallets in designated shipping area(s)
• Perform daily inspection and minor maintenance (as needed) on equipment to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Complete training requirements
• Restock product in picking areas as needed
• Attend meetings as assigned and assist with special projects and events

Requirements:

• High School Diploma (or GED) required
• Prior experience in a warehouse environment preferred
• Prior experience using a pallet jack (manual or power) or forklift preferred
• Ability to obtain pallet jack operator certification within one month after hire date
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently; may be repetitive

Base pay range is $21.50 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
