Job summary

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee distribution center processes, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.

The role sets performance standards for workgroups and drives results aligned with department objectives. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a related field with increasing responsibility, supervisory experience, and knowledge of auto, motorcycle and power equipment lines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent job-related experience.
• Minimum Experience: three years in a job-related field with increasing responsibility.
• One to three years supervision/leadership experience in related field.

Job Purpose

Warehouse Supervisors oversee critical functions of the distribution network that supports supplying Honda and Acura's dealer body with Automobile, Motorcycle and Power Equipment Parts. The warehouse supervisor position is responsible for handling the distribution centers processes to include receiving inbound freight, stocking, picking, packing, shipping and inventory control functions. The Supervisor is responsible for setting the standard of performance for workgroup associates and manages results based on departmental and business objectives.
