SALARY: $66,400-$78,850, bonus eligible

SHIFT: Monday-Friday

• Start Time: Either 6:00AM or 11:00AM (rotating every few months)

ROLE SUMMARY:
If you are interested in a hands-on, continuous improvement-oriented, fast-paced role in a world-class wholesaler environment, then our Operations Supervisor role is for you. You will develop, monitor, and maintain operational procedures to ensure excellent process performance and quality while supervising and empowering warehouse employees. This is an opportunity to drive continuous improvement initiatives, build relationships, influence skills, and learn the ins and outs of wholesaler operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations of 10+ frontline employees
• Lead, motivate, and develop department personnel, including selection, performance management, and employee relations
• Enforce and promote safe working practices
• Utilize our ABI management system (Distribution Process Optimization) to track metrics and implement process and operational improvements
• Participate in daily and weekly team meetings to report out PIs/KPIs/employee engagement updates/improvements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in business or engineering preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, etc.) and data analysis
• Previous people leadership experience
• Highly organized with the ability to manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to adjust schedule as necessary for business needs, including holiday weeks, weekends, or alarm coverage. Operation is 24 hours; shift assignment may vary
• Understanding of liquor laws, Department of Transportation, OSHA regulations preferred
• Knowledge of Labor Relations / experience in Union environment preferred
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or other Management Systems a plus
• Willingness to relocate for growth opportunities
