Job summary

White Cap is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Supervisor in California. The role involves coaching and training junior warehouse staff, managing performance goals, and maintaining a safe, efficient operation. You will operate a forklift, assist in warehouse tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in area of responsibility.
• Leadership experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches and trains junior warehouse associates on proper process and procedure.
• Manages and ensures achievement of performance goals and other policies & procedures.
• Ensures a safe working environment for all associates, including championing safety programs and initiatives.
• Assists in the warehouse as needed.
• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds in a physical environment. Ability to stand for periods of time up to and exceeding 60 minutes.
• May act as a manager and performs other duties as assigned.
