Job description

Join to apply for the Supervisor Warehouse role at GES - Global Experience Specialists.

Assist in coordinating and developing all operational aspects of Show-Site operations, including Freight, Logistics, and Decorating. Deliver high-quality customer service efficiently. Reports directly to the Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise warehouse employees across multiple departments ensuring SOPs are followed efficiently and productively.
2. Support Show site Operations with staffing, equipment, inventory, and transportation needs.
3. Ensure DOT compliance with CDL drivers and fleet in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
4. Understand and manage compliance with OSHA, DOT, and safety requirements.
5. Coordinate activities with vendors, transportation partners, and maintenance staff.
6. Supervise union labor and track productivity, maintaining high performance standards.
7. Manage operations involving union personnel within contractual guidelines.
8. Understand Management Rights and adhere to Collective Bargaining Agreements.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. College degree preferred.
2. 1-3 years in an operational environment.
3. Proficiency in basic financial and computer skills.
4. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
5. Detail-oriented, team player, self-starter aligned with team goals.

Work Environment
