Job summary

Yanfeng is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Fountain Inn, SC, to oversee the material flow, ensure on-time customer order shipments, and receive/store incoming materials. You will lead a team and partner with the M/L department to maintain stock accuracy and cost control.

This role requires 2–5 years in materials/warehouse management with people leadership and 1–3 years in the automotive industry. Travel to customer sites, including industrial plants, is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in materials / warehouse management with people leadership.
• 1-3 years of experience within the automotive industry.
• Willing to travel and work at customer sites, including manufacturing plants.

• Record receiving and distribution of goods (production material) in warehouse.
• Evidence of goods flow within the plant.
• Monthly deadline of warehouse management.
• Cooperation concerning complaints solution.
• Cooperation by inventorying.
• Update of stock level for Material coordinators.
• Self-reliant work and cooperation with whole M/L department members.
• Follow YF iOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management.
• Active cooperation on cost and turnover plan fulfilment.

• Record receiving and distribution of goods (production material) in warehouse.
• Evidence of goods flow within the plant.
• Monthly deadline of warehouse management.

• Cooperation by inventorying.
• Update of stock level for Material coordinators.
• Self-reliant work and cooperation with whole M/L department members.
• Follow YF iOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management.
• Active cooperation on cost and turnover plan fulfilment.

Required Education Level

Bachelor's Level Degree

Area of Study: Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar.

• Equivalent work experience may also be considered for this position.

Required Qualifications (Experience Level, Skills, Knowledge)

• 2-5 Years of Experience in materials / warehouse management with previous experience managing people.
• 1-3 Years of Experience within the automotive industry.
• Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
