Job summary

HAP Alaska Yukon is seeking a Supervisor, Warehouse to oversee daily shipping and receiving at Kenai Princess Wilderness Lodge. The role ensures timely processing, storage, and accurate documentation of deliveries while supporting smooth inventory flow.

The position is seasonal full-time, with housing where available, and requires background checks and US work eligibility. Experience in warehousing or food storage is preferred.

Oversees daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring timely processing and coordination of deliveries. Manages the distribution and storage of goods while monitoring storeroom activities and maintaining accurate transaction records. Supports efficient inventory flow and upholds organizational standards for logistics and documentation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs a variety of entry-level shipping and receiving tasks.
• Routinely, processes deliveries
• Distributes and stores goods
• Coordinates deliveries.
• Monitors storeroom activities and transactions
• Maintains records of transactions.

REQUIREMENTS

• Working knowledge of warehousing or food storage is preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and external influences.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while achieving daily goals.
• Ability to support and comply with company policies, procedures and guidelines including support and comply with company health and safety standards.
• Ability to stand/walk/work on feet for minimum of 8 hours per day.
