We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor of the Travel Medical Disability Examiners to join our growing team! This supervisory role involves overseeing physicians and mid-level providers on the Medical Disability Exam Travel team. Responsibilities include evaluating and conducting exams for Medical Disability claims for Veterans, including TBI exams. The role requires traveling within the U.S. to fixed facilities and mobile units to conduct exams. When not traveling, you will oversee team operations, establish agreements with mid-level providers, and complete ACE and internal Medical Opinion requests as required by contracts.
This position offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. and involves travel of 50% or more for monthly assignments. You'll be part of a supportive environment that values performance, development, and clear success metrics.
The annual salary ranges from $269,500 to $425,500, depending on experience and performance. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, incentives, stock options, and a 401k plan. Application deadline is at least 2 business days from posting or until a suitable candidate pool is reached.
