Job Summary

Direct and coordinate the dedicated delivery operations at the distribution center, including supervision of delivery drivers, route management, DOT and Hazardous Material compliance, and fleet maintenance.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Lead, direct, and train the delivery driver team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hazmat, and DOT requirements.
• Manage routes for cost-efficient delivery operations.
• Oversee and perform routine vehicle inspections, maintaining proper records.
• Coach and develop delivery drivers, including route evaluations.

Nature and Scope

• Provide solutions based on experience.
• Ensure work aligns with company policies and procedures.
• Lead support, craft, or lower-level professional teams.

Work Environment

• Typically in a comfortable environment with exposure to factors causing discomfort or moderate risk, such as temperature extremes, machinery, loud noises, and fumes.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive movements.
• Overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Education and Experience
