Job summary

Koch Foods in Morton, Mississippi is seeking a frontline supervisor to lead production teams in our poultry processing plant. You will gain knowledge of all departmental functions and help ensure safe, compliant operations while supporting continuous improvement.

This role requires at least 1 year of leadership experience and strong communication. You will train and cross-train team members, monitor duties, record inventory, and perform safety inspections.

• 1+ year leadership experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of poultry plant operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of all departmental functions.
• Assist in supervising production team members.
• Ensure team is following safe food handling practices and regulatory compliance.

Physical Requirements

• Typical office environment within a manufacturing plant utilizing computers, telephones and other office equipment.
• Frequently sit for long periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• May be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• May be exposed to damp, wet, and cold environments.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
