Job summary

Koch Foods in Ohio is seeking a production associate to operate and set up equipment, ensuring the production line starts on schedule and runs efficiently. You will follow standard operating procedures and monitor line performance throughout the shift.

You will examine products for defects, record production data, complete daily HACCP documentation, and report any quality issues to supervisors. Also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, and following safety policies at all

Requirements

• Safety is of the utmost importance; ability to adhere to Lock Out/Tag Out procedures, while ensuring all team members around you are also following the safety guidelines.
  
• Assist in developing and coaching other team members.

Physical Requirements

• Constantly stand and/or walk throughout shift.
• Exposure to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• Exposure to heat (99°F, 37°C) and cold (45°F, 4°C).
• Exposure to damp, wet and cold environments.
• Regularly lift 25+ lbs.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
