Job summary

Koch Foods, Inc. is hiring for a 3rd shift supervisor to oversee production teams in our poultry facility in Alabama. The role focuses on gaining knowledge of all departmental functions, supervising team members, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and may possess bilingual Spanish/English abilities to support a diverse workforce. Training and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership experience required.
• Extensive knowledge of poultry plant operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• English language skills required, bi-lingual (Spanish/English) skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Typical office environment within a manufacturing plant utilizing computers, telephones and other office equipment.
• Frequently sit for long periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• May be exposed to noise (>85 decibels), CO2, and moving production lines.
• May be exposed to damp, wet, and cold environments.
• Work around live and/or raw animal odors.
