Wage: $18.38 per hour, commensurate with experience

Hours: Availability between 10 am and Midnight; weekend availability required.

Primary Purpose:

To provide guests with an excellent restaurant experience.

Work Performed:
  • Supervise, direct, schedule, and train food and beverage associates.
  • Exceed guest expectations throughout their restaurant and hotel experience.
  • Work quickly and independently to resolve operational and guest concerns, with follow-up with management.
  • Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately daily.
  • Assist restaurant associates as needed.
  • Follow health department guidelines for food handling and sanitation.
  • Adhere to safety and security policies, reporting incidents as required.
  • Perform any other duties necessary to fulfill the primary purpose of the role.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Two (2) years of prior server experience.
  • At least one year of lead and/or supervisory experience.

Preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Required Licenses/Certifications:

  • Food Safety Training certified or within first 60 days.
  • Alcohol Awareness certified or within first 60 days.
Physical Requirements:
  • Lift 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Repeat bending and squatting.
  • Stand and walk for entire shift.
Other Requirements:
  • Meet minimum age for serving alcohol.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions.
  • Flexible to work day shifts, early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
