Nike, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to guide a high-volume store team and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll lead daily operations, train teammates, and ensure the Nike Service Principles are reflected in every customer interaction. This full-time role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn and train on new products and technologies.
• Excellent customer service with authentic interactions.
