Job summary

Nike Retail Supervisor at Nike Unite Tempe Marketplace is the face of NIKE, guiding customers with a fast-paced, team-driven approach. You’ll help customers choose products, train with the latest lines, and support a high-energy store culture.

You’ll lead by example, deliver exceptional service, and stay engaged with teammates and store events while maintaining store visuals and operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about Nike products and services to support customers.
• Lead by example and deliver service aligned with Nike's Service Principles.
• Create welcoming experiences and exceed customer expectations.
• Operate cash register, handle shipping/receiving, stock products, and build displays.
• Attend store events to support the team.
