• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

Job description

Join to apply for the Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground role at VCI Construction.

At VCI Construction, as a Supervisor Telecom Construction Underground, you will possess a minimum of 8 years of construction supervisory experience in similar underground construction technology, methods, equipment, tools, and work procedures required.

The ability to manage and supervise large crews, build and maintain strong relationships with staff, subcontractors, direct vendors, and consultants is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Walk projects and submit SOW totals
• Review and approve all production
• Complete and submit job closeout packages
• Monitor vehicle, equipment, employee performance, and needs
• Write reports, conduct site audits, manage employee timesheets
• Review drawings and specifications
• Perform other duties as assigned

Additional Job Duties (per LA County Fair Chance Hiring Ordinance):

• Work independently with coworkers and clients
• Provide accurate information within the company
• Drive safely as required
• Use computer and technology responsibly

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older

Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000/year
