FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Girard, PA is seeking a Supervisor to lead telecom construction project teams on a day-to-day basis. You will supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, and keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires 5+ years in telecommunications construction, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and proficiency with AutoCAD/MicroStation and GIS. This position offers steady pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Telecommunications construction experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year of personnel and functional leadership or project management experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD/MicroStation drafting software and GIS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and execution of projects aligned to strategy.
• Supervise day-to-day activities and project teams; monitor progress and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to budgets and provide monthly variance updates.
• Identify issues and risks; help develop response plans.
• Oversee construction activities to meet plans, regulations and standards.
• Conduct quality inspections during installation and document results.

What you’ll do

• Assist with the development and execution of projects and plans supporting the organization's long-term strategy
• Supervise day to day activities/project teams and project progress, establish administrative guidance on project execution and ensure compliance with predetermined project deliverables
• Ensure adherence to project budgets and provide updates on monthly variance reports
• Identify and course correct project issues and risks, and assist in the development of response plans to resolve
• Understand current and future business goals and ongoing issues
• Supervise staff to ensure the organization's construction activities are conducted accurately, ethically, consistently and according to relevant regulations, laws, and standards.
• Conduct quality inspections during the installation process to ensure work meets plans and specifications
• Identify issues and report them to relevant team members for resolution
• Record and follow up on non-compliance issues until they are resolved
• Ensure all required testing is completed as specified and document the results

What you’ll need

• You will have 5 or more years of progressive Telecommunications construction experience
• You will have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• You may have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in a related industry, or advanced training in the field
• You will have working knowledge of AutoCAD/Microstation drafting software
• You may have working knowledge of Geographic Information Systems
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs
• You may have 1 or more years of personnel and functional leadership experience and/or project management experience
