Job summary

AVI Foodsystems is seeking an energetic Dining Supervisor for Taylor University in Upland, IN. This full-time role focuses on leading front-end operations and delivering outstanding guest service.

Duties include opening procedures, cash handling, enforcing safety and policy compliance, coaching team members, and maintaining grooming standards. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid vacations and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous culinary/foodservice experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Successful team leadership experience.
