JCPenney in Frisco, TX is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support store management, drive sales, and deliver a great customer experience. You will learn all aspects of the business, supervise operations, and act as a role model for your team.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Pay Range
USD $12.75/Hr -USD $17.50/Hr.
