Job summary

Catalyst Brands in Riverhead, NY is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support store operations and lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will help drive sales, share product knowledge, and ensure merchandising standards are met.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, with a focus on building brand loyalty and maintaining a positive store environment.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume apparel business preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required.

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range USD $17.75/Hr -USD $24.00/Hr.
