We are inviting you to apply for the Stewarding Supervisor position. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Chef’s and Culinary team with operations of all kitchen dishwashing/stewarding associates to ensure proper washing of kitchen utensil sanitation. He/she is also responsible for supervising associates that clean/wash outlet surfaces and utensils, making sure they are clean and in compliance with all Health department requirements and hotel/resort guidelines.

Required Experience:

1. 1+ years’ experience in a Stewarding and/or Dishwasher capacity for a high-volume/fine dining/Restaurant/Food and Beverage Outlet/Banquet Department or kitchen production helpful.
2. 1+ years of culinary/stewarding supervisor experience in food service, fine dining, or restaurant is helpful.
