Alameda Health System seeks a Supervisor of Sterile Processing to oversee daily unit operations under the Sterile Processing Manager. You will supervise staff, ensure timely delivery of instruments, and maintain safety and quality standards across decontamination, sterilization, assembly, and distribution.
The role requires CRCST certification and five years of Sterile Processing Technician experience, with two years in a supervisory setting preferred.
SUMMARY: Under general direction of the Sterile Processing Manager, the Supervisor of Sterile Processing oversees the daily functions of the unit.

Required Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
Required Experience: Five years as a Sterile Processing Technician
Preferred Experience: Two years in a supervisory position within a healthcare environment.
Required Licenses/Certifications: Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST)
Preferred Licenses/Certifications: Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS)
