Pay Range: $38.55 - $57.84
Bonus: $2,000.00 signing bonus available to external hires new to MHS employment, contingent upon satisfaction with employment requirements.

The Sterile Processing Supervisor provides operational, regulatory, and personnel leadership for Sterile Processing services, ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant reprocessing of surgical instruments, endoscopes, and patient care equipment. This position is accountable for staffing, employee performance, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, inventory oversight, productivity, and departmental performance outcomes. The Supervisor directs daily operations, develops and evaluates staff, monitors key performance indicators, implements process improvements, and collaborates with physicians, perioperative leadership, and clinical departments to ensure the availability of sterile instruments and equipment required to support patient care, procedural readiness, and organizational goals.
Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for this role, including but not limited to, shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.
