Job summary

Borden Dairy is seeking a Shipping Supervisor for the Winter Haven, FL location to lead an hourly shipping team and partner with the Shipping Manager on training, process improvements, and scheduling. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of supervisory experience, an associate’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach.
• Ability to interpret and explain complex data sets.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and caustic chemicals.
• Exposure to nut allergens may occur.
