Renesas seeks a Supervisor, Semiconductor Manufacturing to lead our Palm Bay Fab 59 operations. You will supervise production and maintenance staff, drive daily manufacturing activities, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met in a high‑volume facility.

You will coach and develop team members, manage shift operations, and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality teams to optimize processes while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Renesas is seeking a Supervisor, Semiconductor Manufacturing to lead operations within our Palm Bay Fab 59 manufacturing facility. • Minimum of 3 years of leadership, supervisory, or applicable manufacturing experience.
• Semiconductor manufacturing experience is highly preferred but not required.
• Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Additional Information

This opportunity is on a compressed work week schedule which consists of 12-hour shifts 3 days a week one week, and 4 days the next, 6:45am to 7:15pm Sunday thru Tuesday, and every other Wednesday.

This is an ITAR role - the candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. Person.
