GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Durham, NC. The role emphasizes customer service as you greet and guide visitors, verify identities, and control access in various environments such as offices, hotels, and shopping centers.

Responsibilities include patrolling, reporting, incident handling, and coordination with emergency teams while ensuring the safety of people and property. Applicants must have HS diploma, be able to work in the U.S., and pass screenings.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Durham, North Carolina
• This is Security split Supervisor position.
• Set schedule: Security Officer - Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. | Shift Supervisor - Monday-Tuesday 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. = 32 hour shift
• Competitive hourly wage of $18.10/$19.65 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
