Qualifications

• Active PPSB license required.
• CPR certification required.
• 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• At least 1 year of security experience.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, verify identity and guide guests.
• Manage access control and monitor entry points.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks and ensure safety.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and document incidents.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate security concerns to the team.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property on site.

As a Security Officer - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Fayetteville, NC
• Full-Time Supervisor Schedules:
  • Shift 1: 2nd Shift, Wednesday through Sunday, 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Shift 2: 1st shift, Saturday through Sunday 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. then into 2nd shift, Monday through Tuesday 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Competitive hourly wage:
  • $19.13 / hour (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Must have an active PPSB license.
• Must have CPR
• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
