Job Summary

The Security Supervisor's primary responsibility is to effectively lead security shift operations at assigned facilities, providing supervision and mentorship for Security Officers. The Security Supervisor reports to the Regional Security Operations Manager and collaborates with clinical leaders to ensure a safe and secure environment with a highly visible security presence.

Position Details

Full Time Night Shift, Hours: 10:45pm-7:15am, with every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
• Completes all required competencies and training.

Experience

• Relevant experience in security or related fields.

Certification and Licensure

• Valid PA Driver's License.
• IAHSS Basic Level Certification (CHSO) within 6 months.
• IAHSS Advanced Level Certification (CAHSO) within 12 months.
• IAHSS Supervisor Level Certification (CHSS) within 18 months.
• FEMA certifications: IS-100.C, IS-906, IS-907, IS-200.C.
• BLS Certification.
