Overview

GXO Logistics is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to oversee daily warehouse operations on 2nd shift, from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, with overtime and weekend work as needed. The role involves supervising teams, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations
2. Prepare schedules and supervise team performance
3. Monitor work quality and implement continuous improvement plans
4. Maintain a clean and safe environment

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment
• Flexible schedule availability, including overtime and weekends

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Bilingual in English/Spanish
• Experience in ISO or AS9100 environments
• Warehousing or 3PL experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift objects of various sizes and weights
• Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
• Reach, bend, climb, push, pull, and handle tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary ranges from $78,408 to $87,121, with comprehensive benefits including paid time off, health insurance, 401(k), and more. The pay range is specific to California and may be adjusted in the future.
