Job description

Position Purpose: Provides daily support to the Marketing Representatives responsible for identifying potential customers; applies strategies and tactics to inform customers about Fidelis Care New York’s products and services; manages activity and performance within a specific territory and team to meet or exceed budget goals; ensures compliance with all regulatory, audit, and corporate policies.

  • Track, monitor, and report staff productivity using specific reporting tools; analyze sales and marketing data to provide management with status updates; conduct site visits to assess needs and resolve issues to maintain client relationships.
  • Make daily contact with clients via phone and email; review client and organizational relationships periodically; resolve issues to build and sustain customer and employee relationships; interact effectively with internal and external customers.
  • Provide timely schedules to the marketing department; ensure marketing activities are conducted at appropriate locations to maximize enrollments; perform routine on-site verifications; ensure staff has necessary materials and information; meet regulatory and business needs.
  • Perform quality reviews of applications and ensure their timely submission; maintain rejection rates at acceptable levels.

Effective Business Communication: Skilled in communicating technical and business requirements effectively in writing.

Business Analysis Knowledge: Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Customer Service: Able to communicate effectively with all management levels, and internal and external customers.

Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED required; AA/AS degree or equivalent preferred; 1-3 years supervisory experience preferred; 3+ years in demanding sales environments with quota goals preferred; 1-3 years managed care experience required; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access), Lotus Notes, and Internet.

Pay Range: $68,700 - $123,700 per year.

Centene offers comprehensive benefits including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off and holidays, and flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, field, or office). Actual pay will be adjusted based on individual skills, experience, education, and other factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
