Job summary

Aéropostale is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support store leadership, enhance customer experiences, and drive sales. You will help manage daily operations, train associates, and maintain visual standards to reflect the brand.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires a proactive, energetic team player who can adapt to changing priorities and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in apparel retail preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales expectations.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Occasional travel to other stores if needed.

• Support the management team to achieve sales results and grow the business.
• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty by using company tools.

• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of Store Manager.

The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $16.50/Hr -USD $22.75/Hr.
