Job summary

Aéropostale is seeking a Part‑Time Supervisor to support the management team and deliver excellent customer experiences. You will help execute store operations, drive sales, and maintain a visually appealing environment while developing and engaging teammates daily.

You will report to the Store Manager and model values such as respect, integrity, teamwork, and inclusivity, contributing to a positive, energetic store culture and brand loyalty.

Qualifications

As a Part‑Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customers and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part‑Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

Other Requirements

• Bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Pay Range

USD $9.75/Hr – USD $13.38/Hr.
