Department Overview

The core purpose of the RMH Grant Supervisor is to steward RMH excellence through the support of all aspects of the grant-making process that allocates $20 million a year to Chapters around the world. The RMH Grant Supervisor will report to the RMH Grant Manager.

Duties
  • Support the execution of all grants to Chapters around the world.
    • Support execution of Grants Management Portal development
    • Set up applications and coordinate communication to Chapters
    • Respond to Chapter questions
    • Review applications for completeness
    • With Grant Manager, coordinate grant review and scoring
    • With Grant Manager, communicate grant decisions
    • Coordinate with Finance team on distribution of grants
    • Coordinate with the Corporate Partnerships team to execute the in-kind distribution of gifts to the field
    • Coordinate post-funding reporting
  • Resource Curation of Relevant Resources
    • Coordinate the creation of supportive resources for the grantmaking process
    • Coordinate the creation of program development resources (sample business plans, etc.)
    • Support L&D related to grants and in‑kind or program development support
  • ProcessManagement
Qualifications
  • A minimum of three (3) years in the nonprofit sector; working with/for community-based initiatives or equivalent experience in association management.
  • Knowledge of non-profit practices. Ability to support organizational strengthening within a non-profit organization.
  • Ability to use Excel to analyze data and tell a story
  • A 'team-player' that works cooperatively with others and acts in ways that support the success of the overall team.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations and show cultural and interpersonal sensitivity.
  • Ability to navigate and work through complex issues with a strategic, tactical, and fresh perspective.
  • Effective communication skills to convey thoughts verbally or in writing in an articulate, confident and compelling manner; show versatility as a communicator in adapting style to suit varied audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this role is $78,281.00 - $97,852.00 per year.The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other job‑related factors.
