A Brief Overview

The Retail Sales Audit Supervisor supports the team with daily functions and handles escalated or complex issues. This role involves developing associates, ensuring they have proper training and resources, and participating in the month-end close process.

What You Will Do

• Oversee daily functions of the Retail Sales Audit Department, coach and train team members, and provide performance feedback.
• Participate in the month-end closing process, complete account reconciliations, and research follow-up items.
• Serve as the primary contact for other corporate departments, review, and audit requests.
• Research and resolve issues referred from team members.
• Facilitate cross-training and mentor associates.
• Allocate departmental workload to meet goals, track KPIs, and report to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned and ensure policy compliance.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Knowledge of revenue systems, bank reconciliations, and sales audit theory.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
